Specific products and installation scopes must qualify. Availability and approval are determined by the financing provider.
How repayment works
PACE is repaid through a property-tax assessment and secured by a lien on your home. It increases your property-tax obligation and may affect a future sale or refinance. Review the full cost and terms before agreeing.
For a kitchen, bathroom, ADU, or a combination of improvements, explore a credit-based remodeling loan. Start with a written scope and project budget.

Comparison scenarios use the same selected rate and estimated added costs for every term. Available terms and rates may differ by provider and project.
For informational purposes only. These simulated payments are estimates, not a financing offer or approval. Final eligibility, rates, fees, payment dates, and amounts must be confirmed by the financing provider in the official financing documents. The 18.49% allowance scales one example’s closing charges and prepaid interest with project cost; it does not model actual fixed fees, rate-dependent prepaid interest, or funding dates. Recurring assessment fees are estimated separately and held constant across the term. Assumes a fixed rate and equal annual principal-and-interest payments. First-payment dates are not calculated. Excludes existing property taxes, insurance, and charges beyond the stated allowances. Actual assessment amounts, dates, fees, and terms come from your provider. PACE creates a lien on your property.

Payments go to your lender each month. This scenario does not add an assessment to your property-tax bill.
For informational purposes only. This simulation uses equal monthly payments at a fixed interest rate; actual daily interest, funding dates, fees, and the final payment can produce different results. The preset 16.99% rate and 12-year term come from one loan example, not a current offer. Final rates, APR, eligibility, fees, and repayment terms must be confirmed by the lender. No PACE cost allowance or assessment fee is added to this calculator.

Can every remodeling project use PACE?
No. PACE is designed for eligible improvements such as energy-efficiency and storm-resilience upgrades. A general kitchen, bathroom, or ADU project is not automatically eligible. The provider must confirm the property and specific work qualify.
Will checking this page affect my credit?
Browsing this page does not submit a financing application or run a credit check. Before applying, ask the provider which checks it performs and whether they affect your credit score.
What will my rate or payment be?
The provider’s offer determines the rate, fees, term, and payment schedule. We’ll start with your project scope; the provider must supply a personalized offer before you can compare actual costs.
Is PACE a grant or free government funding?
No. PACE is financing that must be repaid through a property-tax assessment. It creates a lien on your home. Failure to pay may put your home at risk.
When can construction begin?
Scheduling follows the agreed scope, confirmed funding, and any required permits or other approvals. Your Elusive team will discuss a realistic timeline for your project.
