Who is running it

Marcel Reinosa

CEO of Elusive Remodel, and the person running the day himself — not a hired trainer working from a script.

Everything in the workshop comes out of how Elusive actually operates: the same way leads are handled, the same financing routes, the same tools on the same screens. You are seeing a contracting business run in front of you, with the parts that go wrong left in.

How the day runs

One customer, start to finish. We take a single impact-window job — the enquiry, the quote, the money, the install, the handover — and walk the room through every step the way we run it at Elusive. AI turns up throughout, doing the work you would otherwise be doing by hand.

  1. 01

    A lead comes in

Where it came from, what happens in the first five minutes, and who owns it. This is the part most contractors lose money on before anyone has even spoken to the customer.

  2. 02

    The first conversation

Qualifying without interrogating. What to ask, what to skip, and how the visit gets booked while you still have them on the phone.

  3. 03

    The estimate

Building the number, putting it in front of the customer, and following up without chasing.

  4. 04

    Paying for it

The routes we actually use — Renew / PACE, Slice, and paying direct — and how to raise money early without stalling the job.

    Its own session
  5. 05

    The job runs

Scheduling, crews, suppliers, and keeping the customer updated so your phone stays quiet.

  6. 06

    Close-out

The final walk, getting paid, asking for the review, and turning one job into the next one.

What you leave with

Three things, in your hands by 4 p.m.

No coding required. Bring a laptop if you have one, but you will not need it. Everything shown runs on tools you can sign up for the same afternoon, and the whole day runs in English and Spanish.
