How do I know if Elusive financing is available in my area?
Check availability directly on our website by entering your address. If your home is eligible, you can apply immediately.
What if I have a question while I’m applying online?
Our support team is available to answer any questions during the process.
What happens after I’ve submitted my application?
A representative will review your information and notify you with a decision—typically within the same day if submitted during business hours.
Is there an application fee?
No. Applying is free, and you’re not obligated to move forward unless you decide to.
Why do you need my social security number if you don’t use my FICO score?
A credit report is requested as part of the process, but your FICO score is not a factor in determining eligibility.
What might stop me from qualifying for Elusive financing?
Financing may be more difficult to obtain if:
- Mortgage payments are not current
- You have a recent bankruptcy
- Property taxes are past due or frequently late
